Abstract

En este trabajo se ensaya la idea de ladesobediencia civil como praxis desde unaperspectiva del continente americano. Alhacer alusión al término civil, se plantea laimportancia de teorizar sobre la categoríade sociedad civil en conjunto con losconceptos de democracia y praxis. Estocon el objeto de explicitar la justificaciónde la desobediencia civil dentro de lassociedades democráticas y la posibilidadde extender dicha desobediencia alterreno de la praxis social más allá de laconcepción liberal.
