Abstract

The article´s objective is to recover the sphere of subjectivity as axis of social theory and investigation. Two principal arguments are proposed: a) the approach of subjectivity is not equivalent to subjetivism and b) it is not equivalent to a microsociological approach that does not explain social general processes. Based on these two premises, the study of the life-world experienced and realized by the subjects will allow overcoming the reproductivism by understanding the relation between the objective and subjective conditions as well as the possibility and existence of social change.
