Abstract

El libro titulado Mujeres, finanzas sociales y violenciaeconómica en zonas marginadas de Guadalajara,de la doctora Magdalena Villarreal yeditado en colaboración por el Instituto Jalisciensede las Mujeres y el Instituto Municipal de lasMujeres en Guadalajara, es uno de los frutos delesfuerzo que estas instituciones han realizado enlos últimos años por acercar la academia a la promociónde los derechos humanos de las mujeres.Labor loable, ya que las tareas de editar y difundirtrabajos de investigación de calidad muestran nosolamente la voluntad de estos organismos portrabajar por las mujeres de Jalisco, sino tambiénpor promover el avance del conocimiento de susrealidades y de su diversidad.
