Abstract. La reseña de "Chicas muertas" de Selva Almada profundiza en la violencia de género en Latinoamérica, destacando la conexión personal de la autora y su compromiso con la crónica. Resalta la relevancia de romper el silencio como resistencia, relacionándolo con otras producciones culturales contemporáneas. La narrativa aborda feminicidios y violencia intrafamiliar, enfatizando la necesidad de dar voz a las víctimas para superar las estructuras que perpetúan la violencia machista. Aunque ambientada en la década de 1980 en Argentina, la obra se percibe atemporal, reflejando la persistencia de la violencia de género en Latinoamérica.Downloads
