This article aims to provide elements to understand the configuration of a public sphere in relation to the demand of access to justice in Veracruz state, México. The study addresses a selection of cases based on the construction of a database on notes in the media referring to the subject as well as the observation of protests and documentary research, trying to analyze to what extent the unequal possession of capitals and protest repertoires of the rioters translates into an effective transfer of issues to the judicial institutions and in the effectiveness of the results of prosecution and administration of justice.Downloads
