Abstract

The biggest challenge we have in Latin America is to build a political project of wide call , strong, extensive, mobilizing and above all endowed with a political actor that opens the gates to political emancipation, bring down the neocolonialism barricades and crumble the model schema extractive primary current exporter which impoverishes large sectors of the population and have stripped of natural resource strategic to our people.
