Abstract

Se describe y analiza el movimiento porel voto nulo que surgió en la coyunturade las elecciones federales de 2009. Se rastreanlos primeros signos de la emergenciade este novedoso movimiento: cómo sepromovió el voto nulo; el rechazo quesuscitó en partidos, organismos electoralesy jerarquía católica; el debate quese dio a nivel nacional en torno a estemovimiento; las formas organizativas quefue adoptando dicho movimiento y losimpactos que tuvo. Se tiene como telón defondo el incremento de la abstención y susimplicaciones.
