Abstract

 Este trabajo tiene como objetivo analizarla relación entre ambiente hostil ydesempeño en 74 negocios de artesanía.Se pone a prueba un modelo en el quese supone que las estrategias de supervivenciaque utilizaron los artesanos paraenfrentar un ambiente social, económicay políticamente hostil, generado por elenfrentamiento entre el gobernadorUlises Ruiz y la Asamblea Popular de losPueblos de Oaxaca (appo), modificanla relación entre el ambiente hostil y eldesempeño de los negocios de artesanía.De acuerdo a los resultados obtenidos, lacrisis del sistema económico, las presionesregulatorias y la corrupción se correlacionansignificativa y negativamente con eldesempeño de los negocios de artesanía.
