BIODIVERSIDAD Y CONOCIMIENTO LOCAL: DEL DISCURSO A LA PRÁCTICA BASADA EN EL TERRITORIO.

En este artículo se exponen las implicacionesprácticas del discurso de la conservaciónde la biodiversidad en tanto políticacultural. Trata de las formas como lascomunidades, los moradores o los productoresque viven en las áreas naturalesprotegidas pueden servirse del discursode la biodiversidad en el proyecto dedefensa de su territorio y su identidadcultural. Analiza y compara los casos de lareserva de la biosfera Los Tuxtlas, México,y de la reserva extractivista Chico Mendes,Brasil, áreas donde se discuten y seponen en marcha diferentes alternativas yprogramas de manejo sustentable de losrecursos naturales.Downloads
